Fieldfare Wildlife reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events.
Fieldfare Wildlife will only cancel events in the following circumstances:
Cancellation will be notified as far in advance as possible.
Adverse weather conditions or staff illness may result in a last minute cancellation, but all customers will be notified by email and text message on the morning of the event, at the very latest.
Where an event is cancelled participants will be offered an alternative date, a voucher for the price of their ticket/s or a full ticket refund. On cancelling the event Fieldfare Wildlife will immediately contact you with these details. Vouchers must be used within 12 months of date of issue.
Fieldfare Wildlife are not liable for any travel expenses should an event be cancelled or rescheduled.
No refunds are granted where participants are no longer able attend, fail to attend, or change their mind.
Fieldfare Wildlife are committed to handling, protecting and storing your personal information in line with The Data Protection Act 1988.
Your personal information will only be used as a point of contact for events and services, for order fulfilment purposes, and for sending you Newsletter content (where you have subscribed to this service).
Information will be shared with Fieldfare staff only, and only as required for provision of services or compliance with our legal obligations.
Your personal data is saved in password protected files and will never be sold or shared with a third party.
Fieldfare Wildlife will never keep your personal information longer than necessary and you will always be able to request your personal details are amended or deleted, at any time.
